Ever since I got married and own my own kitchen, I will make it a point to cook dinner at home at least once a week. I love to cook for hubby... I like to see him eating the dishes i cook and appreciating it.
Tonight as usual I cooked. But difference is I whipped out Japanese, instead of the usual chinese dishes.. Pork Katsu Curry Rice =)
I love it!! The potato, carrot and onions were all soften given the short time I have to cook. My fried pork fillet is well done with a nice colour.Most importantly it is YUMMY! I am so proud to say it. =)
